Privacy

Glossa is run by Meter (meterapp.co). This page explains what the site, the dashboard, the API, the MCP server and the CLI collect, and what happens to it.

Your account

When you sign in we store your email address with your account and workspace, so you can sign in with an emailed code and manage API keys. We email you about your account and, occasionally, short product notes from the founders; every such email has a one-click unsubscribe.

Signing in with Google

When you choose "Continue with Google", Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We use the email address to find or create your account. Supabase, which runs our sign-in, stores them with your account. We don't ask Google for any other data or access to your Google account.

Your translation files and strings

Files you push, and the keys, source strings, translations, glossary terms, rules and product context in your workspace, are stored so Glossa can translate them and give them back to you. To translate, audit and learn new file formats, the relevant strings and that context are sent to Anthropic's Claude API. Your workspace's content is only ever shown to members and API keys of that workspace.

Usage and the feedback board

We record which operation each dashboard action, API, MCP or CLI call ran, from which surface and by which member or key, in your workspace's activity log. Feature requests, issue reports and comments you post on the feedback board are visible to every Glossa customer, without your name, email or workspace.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and sign-ins, with advertising features and Google signals turned off. It sets first-party cookies and receives your IP address and browser details. We send it which pages are viewed and that a sign-in happened, never your email, your files or your strings.

Other services

• The site and API are hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard request logs, including IP addresses.
• Accounts, workspaces and their content are stored in Supabase.
• Errors are reported to Sentry so we can fix them.
• Email is sent and received through AgentMail.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it beyond the services listed above.
